My Story
For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to empowering moms to prioritize their health and well-being amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood. I understand firsthand the unique challenges we face – from juggling endless to-do lists to finding time for ourselves in between Taekwondo practices and bedtime stories.

My own fitness and wellness journey started after the birth of my second child. I lost myself after going through two emergency c-sections, post-partum depression, childbirth alone, my baby's life-threatening health conditions... I gained weight, had a complete lack of energy, and couldn't enjoy life with my family.
My life changed, on the day I witnessed my four-month-old baby, so tiny yet resilient, bravely battling his health condition and steadily improving, I made a firm commitment to strive to become the best version of myself for him and his brother.
And here's what I did :

- I began to do bodyweight exercises 4 times a week
- Became more mindful about moving my body every days, like take a walk with the kids, go to the playground and actually play with them not just sit on a bench…
- I switched the way I thought about food. And see it as fuel for my body with all the nutrients that my body needs to function correctly.
- I shifted my mindset about taking care of myself without feeling guilty.

What happened :

- My core became stronger than it ever been before the 2 c-sections.
- I lost weight and transformed my body
- I overcame my depression
- I have so much more energy
- Other moms started to ask me, if I could help them transform as I did for myself.
- I noticed the impacted I had on other moms
- And wanted to do more.
- So I became a certified Personal Trainer and since then I have worked with moms from USA, Mexico, El Salvador, UK, France, Dubai, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, India, Reunion...
- I also moved from continent to continent, got many other certifications in fitness and nutrition and learned more skills to help my clients.
